Survey and Reports
We provide survey and reporting services on existing and prospective installations of plant and building services such as electrical inspections, thermal imaging, fault finding and Energy Performance Certificates both for residential and commercial buildings.
Project Design
We offer project design services including drawings, specifications, schedules, bills of quantity, drafting of conditions of contract of works, compilation of cost estimates, supervision of works, attendance during site meetings, issuance of certificate of payments, liaison with third party service providers, testing and commissioning of plant and issuance of completion certificates.
Testing & Certification
This service is carried out for a wide range of installations, such as electrical appliances, generators, steam and hot water boilers, lifts, hoists, escalators, MEP installations and LPS installations.
